Katey Nicosia’s One Good Bumblebee

Katey Nicosia

If there is one online shop that I never fail to find fascinating it’s Dallas based Katey Nicosia’s One Good Bumblebee. Inspired by her life-long love of craft, art, and paper (I bet her dad, artist Nic Nicosia, had some influence as well) she sure seems to be generating a lot of buzz. Selling affordable and functional pieces of art and knickknacks galore, her stuff gets all kinds of great write-ups, like the recent one in Domino Magazine. Katey seems to be making a name of her own with her hand-drawn illustrations and collages and we’re not the only ones who’ve noticed her talent - Anthropologie just picked up one of her designs!

Love to hear about DALLAS!!!!! I go to this blog to check out scoop on Dallas and there seems to be information on this blog about other cities which I do not care too much about especially because this is THE Dallas Magazine blog. It is nice to finally get some inside info about an up and coming youngin’ in Dallas.
