Rise: Great Souffles, Great Scene

I can barely lift my fat fingers to type this blog about Rise, the new souffle restaurant in Inwood Village. Three souffles, one sandwich and one large salad later I am happy to report that everything was divine. Fabulous interior (read all about it in the next issue of D Home), fantastic food (order the mushroom truffle souffle) and a tres trendy lunch crowd. Hedda Dowd, one of the owners, has been importing home furnishings from France for a long time… Now she has a new place to display (and sell) some of them. Check it out as soon as possible.
