The Pillow Bar

Those who know me know that I spend a lot of quality time at a very specific sort of bar, but I’m willing to expand my horizons. Mary Kate Erwin has recently added a much healthier alternative—the Pillow Bar—which has more to do with raising spirits than serving them. Here’s the skinny according to the press release: “Customers can choose from five pillow sizes, take part in filling the pillow to their own personal standard of firmness, personalize the pillow with an embroidered monogram or name and scent it with a choice of aromatic sachets, to include French lavender or the Pillow Bar’s signature scent, Martini Dreams.” As of press time, no word on whether my signature scent, “Coors Light Delight,” is available. But I’m on it.
