That actually happened to me one Thanksgiving. Well sorta…I’d set the oven to self-clean the evening before Thanksgiving. Next morning the locking mechanism malfunctioned and wouldn’t open. It being a holiday, poor Vic, my husband, had to dismantle the thing to keep the peace. Talk about a bus driver’s holiday.
