I drove by yesterday and saw the SOLD sign (Briggs-Freeman) and learned that 9991 Hollow Way sold just days ago. Since the price was not listed on Mickey’s website, I am offering a wager here: what was the selling price? My guess: $4.5 million. Let the estimates begin! Whatwas unusual about this house was that it was the first time a builder had erected a mega Mansion in that prestigious neighborhood as a model home, and not for quick sale as a spec.
