Most of you probably don’t realize that as of a few days ago, YOU can post your own comments, anonymous or not, with each post on our blog. It’s live. It’s real. It’s uncensored (mostly). But best of all, it’s YOU.
So, where it says “Comments” after each post, let your voice be heard.
Before you go listing the best Doctors in Dallas you may want to talk to their patients instead of their peers.
You listed Matthew Shuford as one of the best Urologist in town and I would beg to differ. After my surgery by him on 2/14/07 I have been left physically, mentally and emotionally distraught and he could care less. He made no effort to alleviate my problems.
Uh……….what does THIS have to do with D Home?
Bitter, Party of One. Your table is ready.
Tim, I feel your pain. This is really an issue for the good people at D Magazine but since I am married to someone in the medical field, let me try to help: I do not know why some of those docs get on that list. They are truly vted for by their peers and that is an excellent way to vet them. The only way, really. Because I know the inside story, let me tell you I do know a few folks on that list who, if they had a scalpel in hand, would make me run far and fast. But be nice to the poor doctors. They are getting hammered by managed care and malpractice, and every patient is different. Did you comply with everything your doc told you to do? Maybe try another doc on the list before you give up. I always hate to hear of people having bad experiences with docs.
