Locally-Grown Caterers?

My friend at the Trinity Trust is planning their “Launch” party for Nov. 15, which is expected to draw about 1,000 attendees. She really feels strongly about using a caterer who uses locally-grown produce and meats. See her S.O.S. below and let me know if you have any good ideas for her. Thanks!
“I’d like to have locally grown food catered for LAUNCH and am wondering if you know any good sources.  We are tossing around catering ideas like Eddie Dean’s but they won’t use local meat and vegetable sources since they have contracts with big consortiums.  I know Dean Fearing is using local food at his new restaurant and I just called him and left a message but don’t know if he will feel led to call me back.  D Home had an article on Tracy Miller’s restaurant, “Local” on Elm St. and she uses local ingredients so I also just left her a message. Anyway, I feel really strongly about this slowfood/local movement.  Any ideas you have would be really appreciated!  We will pay the caterer, of course, and the party will be for 1,000 people.”
