Re: Ritz Bar Report

Forgot to mention in my lounge report that I also ran into a sales manager who informed me that only one unit was left in the original residential tower - and that close to 70% was “spoken for” in the second tower.  Seems that rumors of a third tower may be a little off - more likely to be another type of residential venue. 

Actually got a mini tour of the spa, which is now only open to residents and hotel guests.  Apparently, that is the best way to keep the regulars happy.
