I can see the Dallas possibilities: Buy my house, and you’ll get two Saturdays a month at the DCC, plus we’ll pay the greens fees. Buy my house, we’ll cover pool maintenance for a year. Buy my house, I’ll cater your child’s bat mitzvah. Buy my house, one free facelift. Buy my house, I’ll leave my wife…with the house!
