AT THE CRAIG RANCH DEVELOPMENT IN MCKINNEY, TEXAS

DALLAS – July 26, 2006 – Adding to his list of notable achievements, award-winning architect Richard Drummond Davis has been tapped to design The Residences at The Grand Lodge, a premier project in Craig Ranch’s “The Settlement” community. While all Craig Ranch residential developments offer membership to the PGA TOUR owned-and-operated Tournament Players Club at Craig Ranch golf course, the exclusive Grand Lodge offers its residents panoramic views over the 16th, 17th and 18th fairways of the world-class course.

The Residences at The Grand Lodge town homes are grouped in four and five town home clusters. Built of a custom blend of natural fieldstone with smooth, cut limestone entries and slate roofs, the town homes will be reminiscent of stately lodge architecture. The two- and three-story residences range from 3,700 to 5,400 square feet. The homes will offer the ultimate in luxury and convenience with elegant living spaces including game rooms, dining rooms, large and luxurious master suites and media rooms. The homes also feature interior stone fireplaces, private elevators, two-car garages, ample storage spaces, golf cart garages, and multi-level covered porches with outdoor kitchens and wood burning fireplaces. The clear-span structural design provides owners the opportunity to tailor the home’s interior layout to be unique to their needs.
