MARGARET RUSSELL’S EXCELLENT ADVENTURE

Elle Decor editor-in-chief Margaret Russell, a stalwart DIFFA supporter, came to Dallas a couple of weeks ago. Just hours after her arrival, she was ushered to a DIFFA soiree in Preston Hollow for benefactors and chic designers. Her expression upon entering the party — this according to some modernists in attendance — was one of surprise. Apparently, though she has seen hundreds, perhaps even thousands, of magnificent homes, she had never encountered more opulence in her entire Elle Decor life. The party was held at the home of Randall Goss and Krickett Hancock Goss. A good time was had by all.
